Rocket Calla Lily

‘Rocket’ Calla Lily flowers in a deep, saturated maroon hue that distinguishes it from other bright reds. Like all Callas, they are well-suited to containers. Their attractive foliage and abundance of softly fluted flowers can be enjoyed up close when you grow them on a sunny deck, patio, or balcony! Grow plenty, as these elegant flowers are great in cut flower bouquets.

Native to South Africa, Callas prefer sunny sites with moist soil. They can benefit from some shade or protection from intense afternoon sun, which can burn the foliage. In hot climates, the plant will die back and go dormant after flowering.

In colder zones, you can lift and store the bulbs in a cool, dry location for the winter, then re-plant them in spring.
